Ran end-to-end Shopify fulfillment for a global brand alongside fulfillment partners Portless and Dealersend, without a single order going out wrong.
The situation
A global DTC brand lives or dies on whether the right product reaches the right door. Flashback ships through two fulfillment partners, Portless and Dealersend, which adds a layer of coordination between a customer clicking “buy” and a parcel arriving.
What I do
I own the order flow from Shopify through to delivery. That covers inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and daily contact with both fulfillment partners to catch logistics issues early. When something goes wrong in transit, I resolve it with the partner and keep the customer informed before they have to ask.
Why it matters
Back-end decisions ripple straight into the customer experience. Fixing problems at the source means fewer complaints ever reach the support queue. The result so far is 100% order accuracy across every season, peak periods included.
